| Hello, I’m Roger Hoegger the bass player. I was born in raised in Dwight, Illinois by the best parents to ever bless this earth. I have been playing guitar in public ever since Mrs. Flott let me sing and play in the 8th Grade Friday showcase, and professionally since around 1982. My main influences are Skynyrd, .38 Special, Yes, Toto and many others. Music has brought me many pleasures and memorable moments in my life. I've played professionally in two long performing bands. Main Street played the Pontiac, Illinois area for around 10 years and versions of The Clients have been playing ever since. I’ve met many NASCAR Race car drivers and enjoyed countless hours of music by some of the best local and national talent. The very best part, though, has been the pleasures of watching people have a great time. When watching a performance by The Clients, my self-appointed duty is to leave you with something to talk about on the way home. So, when you are in your cars on the way home, feel free to start the conversation off with, “Did you see it when the big, bald bass player…” Come catch one of our shows, we're worth seeing! |
